A peculiarity of the order in which commercial cases are considered is the double exchange of papers. Commercial dispute within the meaning of the law includes disputes concerning commercial transactions, privatization contracts, public procurement contracts, concession, participation in a commercial company, circumstances entered in the commercial register, filling in the insolvency estate, cartel agreements, pre-contractual relations in connection with the conclusion of commercial transaction, determination of agreements by the court, supplementation of the contract by the court, amendment or termination of the contract due to additional renegotiation or economic intolerance.
